History, politics and debate in glorious mid-Wales - weekend school programme for 2019

December 4, 2018 2:47 PM

Ken Morgan

A lively weekend of presentations and debate, in comfortable surroundings, friendly company, good food and all in the glory of the mid-Wales landscape.

Our programme for the Lloyd George Society weekend school has been announced. The school will take place at our usual welcoming venue, the Hotel Commodore in Llandrindod Wells on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 February 2019.

If you like political history, especially around the career of the charismatic David Lloyd George, have an interest in the world around us such as Brexit or the tribulations of President Macron, and wish to hear and engage with expert speakers you really have to join us next February for a weekend rich in content and relevance. Stay at the hotel or come at a day rate, it's up to you but don't miss it. Details of prices are available elsewhere on the website or email/phone to find out.
