This form is for non-residential booking of the Lloyd George weekend at the Lake Country House Hotel Spa, Llangammarch Wells.
The price includes the £40 per person registration fee to cover the costs of the speakers. Please complete the form and make the payment to secure your place.
The full non-residential attendance involves payment for coffee/tea breaks, lunch x 2, and the formal dinner (per person). The lunch on the Sunday will be a roast dinner, so if that is not suitable, please state that in the section on food preferences. If you do not want this, choose one of the other options.
If you make a mistake when filling in the form and the form doesn’t allow you to change it, please start a fresh form. If you are booking for two or more people and you have different attendance requirements, can you please fill out a separate form for each person.
Cancellations after 20th February 2026 cannot be refunded.
