This form is simply to let us know which part of the Lloyd George Society weekend you are attending at The Lake Country House Hotel Spa, Llangammarch Wells. As you have booked directly with the hotel or will be doing so, you will be responsible for that side of the payment, depending on the options you choose.
We still need you, however, to pay a £40 per person registration fee to cover the costs of the speakers and let us know you are attending and for how long. Please therefore complete the form and make the payment to secure your place. If you are booking for two or more people and you have different attendance patterns, please fill out separate forms.
Please note that cancellations after 20th February 2026 cannot be refunded.
If you make an entry mistake on the form, you may have to submit a new form if it doesn’t allow you to amend it.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details, like name and email address, unless you provide them yourself.
