This year the cost of the whole weekend, including Friday and Saturday nights at the Hotel Commodore, meals and tea and coffee is £126.
If you don't wish to come for Friday night and Saturday breakfast the cost is £72.50.
If you don't require accommodation the following costs apply:
Friday dinner - £18
Saturday lunch - £13.50
Saturday dinner - £18
Tea and coffee - £3.50 per session
There will be a registration fee for the weekend of £10 (£5 for members). The registration fee is not included in the £126 and is charged irrespective of the length of stay. If you wish to attend the Saturday dinner only, no registration fee is payable.
There is no extra charge for a single room. All rooms have en suite facilities. Children under 12 sharing accommodation with their parents will receive a 50% discount.
